November 6, 2026. HexaStudy (六角研习) is an offline educational app. The operator name defaults to 六角研习 and has not been independently verified as a legal entity.
The app stores lesson completion, bookmarks, quiz best score, saved study parameters, timestamps and research notes in a local application-support file. It does not ask for an account, name, email, contacts or financial account information. Please avoid placing sensitive personal information in notes.
The app does not transmit your learning data or notes to an app-operated server. It contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, third-party SDK or payment integration. We do not sell or share your data. Your operating system may include app data in device backups; those backups are controlled by your system settings and platform provider.
This version does not access the camera or microphone and does not request permission for either. Purpose descriptions are included in the app configuration for possible future study-material capture; no such capture feature is enabled. No tracking authorization is requested.
Local information remains until you delete individual studies, choose Settings → Erase local data, or remove the app. Erase local data removes the active learning records and notes in this installation. Device backups and preserved recovery copies, if any, may require app removal or system backup controls. There is no remote retention period because the app has no remote storage.
Data is stored in the app sandbox and written atomically. No storage method can guarantee absolute security. If the active saved file is unreadable, the app preserves a recovery copy and displays a notice, then starts with empty active records. Do not use this app as the sole repository for important information.
This educational app is intended for people aged 18 and over, based on its financial-research subject matter. The App Store age-rating questionnaire is a separate release decision. You can review your records in the app and delete them locally. We cannot access or recover local records remotely.
The current support address hexastudy@support.com is a placeholder and is not verified as a working mailbox. Replace it with a verified contact before public release. Changes to practices require an updated policy and, when required, consent. This local document is not a publicly hosted privacy-policy URL.
